The Dwell360 commission structure is simple.  You have a split.  You pay a monthly affiliation fee.  A marketing fee only applies to listings and we pay for the photography, floor plans, and other premium services.

Referral 70 - You might not be working real estate full time anymore.  But, do not want to lose track of your clients.  Just simply refer your customers to experienced agents and you will keep 70% of the referral fee.

  • $29.00 per month affiliation fee

Marketing - We do more

To guarantee Dwell360 provides the highest quality marketing to it’s clients the brokerage provides:

  • signage
  • & premium online marketing

This means an agent will not be responsible for the financial outlay for these items.  We work with you to create some of the best marketing in the industry.  Listing transactions have a $500 marketing fee.  Buy side transactions do not have a transaction or marketing fee.  Have comfort in knowing that every property listed with Dwell360 looks its best.
